The question of what differentiates once everyone has agents is key. My bet: accumulated context and domain-specific memory. My agent has hundreds of lines of learned preferences that aren't replicable even with same tools. https://thoughts.jock.pl/p/wiz-personal-ai-agent-claude-code-2026

Appreciate that — agreed. The BYO-model + self-hosted combo is really the point here, especially as boards start asking harder questions about data gravity and agent blast radius.

Tools like Paio.bot make sense in that context: anything that lowers the odds of “first-pilot footguns” (secrets, scopes, auditability) helps teams get signal without undermining the ownership Moltbot is appealing for in the first place.
